"Absolutely do NOT reccomend these folks. Highly unprofessional, belligerent, pushy sales folks like Kat, that only care about that dollar. No customer service skills whatsoever, and Heath especially is very aggressive. When I called to do an agent transfer, simply saying their poor quality of service left a bad taste in my mouth, Heath was insistent on being aggressive and pushy for more information and then proceeded to tell me, “don’t talk about her (kat) like that, even though I said nothing about her at all. In all of my experience, I’ve never heard a “boss” say that before especially with no basis of information to even speak to me like that. Both of them love to hang up in your face when they don’t get what they want when they want it, even after you tell them “I hope you have a great day”, they’ll still hang up on you. If you ask them to do something, expect them to get back to you in a month and only when you follow back up with them. These people are liars, they have no interpersonal communication skills and I am so glad I transferred away from them. I highly recommend to not waste your time on these people, and to go with literally anyone else."

"I’m Sooo Soooo grateful for Spencer from State Farm.. I’ve been goin thru life issues that I knew I’d need his help but not sure when.. I was an emotional wreck but I ask can he please call me every month just to check to see exactly where I’m @ as far as changing insurance companies & yall he Did!!!!! For 6MONTHS STRAIGHT HE CALLED & ALWAYS ASKED HOW I WAS DOING 1st.. & THEN I’ll finish with not yet Spencer but i hope it’s soon& then all of a sudden I was forced to carry that old insurance due to the Devil being busy… until Todayyyy Spencer CALLED!!!!!! We completed my full coverage & added life insurance I’m super thankful because my life has been frazzled & people like Spencer makes life seem normal again 😉👍🏼we need more Spencer’s in the World… & now he needs his own commercial 🥰🥰🥰"
